A 9.9 million dollar settlement has been proposed in the class action lawsuit entitled State of Washington v. Johnson & Johnson which is under review in the Superior Court of the State of Washington in and for the County of King.

Lawyers In The Case

Johnson & Johnson has hired the following law firms to represent them in the Superior Court of the State of Washington in and for the County of King.

Class members will be represented by Daniel L. Allen from the law firm of WASHINGTON ASSISTANT ATTORNEY GENERAL.

Please note Johnson and Johnson deny any actions of wrongdoing but has agreed to settle in order to avoid further litigation.
