A massive 3.5 million dollar settlement has been proposed in the class action lawsuit entitled Abramson v. American Advisors Group, et al.,
To file a claim please visit www.tcpasettlementaag.com and follow the on-screen instructions.
The case is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
All claim forms must be filed no later than 8/4/2020.
Class members will be represented by Anthony Paronich from the high flying firm of Paronich Law PC (were guessing his father founded this firm or maybe his grand father).
What is this case all about anyways?
Class members claim AAG made annoying phone calls to unknowing consumers with prerecorded telemarketing calls… these type of calls make you want to pull your hair out… what company actually thinks this is a good business practice in 2020?
