“Individuals insured by Mutual of Enumclaw under a Washington policy issued in Washington state who were paid for the total loss of their vehicle(s) under one of their Enumclaw First Party Coverages (comprehensive, collision, UIM) and received a total loss valuation from Enumclaw based on an Autosource estimate between Sept. 1, 2011 and March 15, 2019.”
