According to settlement documents obtained by ClassActionWallet.com you can expect “Up to $3,750. Payments will depend on the amount of rot damage claimed by consumers, based on actual or estimated repair costs, regardless of whether or not work was completed. For valid policy period claims, the following distribution will apply: For valid statutory period claims, Class Members can collect a flat payment of $150.
