How much money will I get?

According to settlement documents obtained by you can expect “Up to $3,750. Payments will depend on the amount of rot damage claimed by consumers, based on actual or estimated repair costs, regardless of whether or not work was completed. For valid policy period claims, the following distribution will apply: For valid statutory period claims, Class Members can collect a flat payment of $150.


Do class members need to provide proof of purchase?


Proof of purchase can come in the form of a canceled check or repair bills or photos.
