Class members are defined as “current and former Freedom Mortgage clients who, between Sept. 1, 2013, and July 22, 2019, received at least one call or voicemail from the company for which they did not obtain permission“.

Do Class Members Need to Provide Proof of Purchase?

You will need to provide the Claim ID number from their mailed or emailed notice and submit a claim stating that they received at least one unauthorized call or voicemail from the mortgage company between Sept. 1, 2013, and July 22, 2019.
