A mind-bending $20 million dollar settlement has been proposed in the class action lawsuit entitled Glen Grayson, et al. v. General Electric Co.

Class members can claim either $300 cash, $5 cash, or a $5 rebate depending on which settlement class they fall into.
All claims must e filed no later than 10/14/2020 in order to receive a settlement award regardless of the type you may receive.

“Individuals who purchased or owned a GE Profile or GE Monogram brand microwave oven bearing a model number beginning with JEB1090, JEB1095, ZMC1090, or ZMC1095 at any time between Jan. 1, 1995 and Jan. 15, 2020.”

Will I have to provide proof of purchase in order to get PAID (like Randy Moss)?
Larger payments require a clear photo or other documentation of the spontaneous glass breakage or shattering along with a serial number of the microwave, a purchase receipt, or photographic proof of prior ownership. Lower payments require purchase receipts, photographs of the microwave, or information about the microwave (Serial Number, date of purchase, and/or color).
