Who should file a claim?
Class Members in the larger Capacitor class action settlement include those who purchased Electrolytic Capacitors from a distributor or one of the defendants between April 1, 2002 and Feb. 28, 2014.
The second set of Class Members includes those who purchased a Film Capacitor from a distributor or defendant between Jan. 1, 2002 and Feb. 28, 2014. Only Class Members from certain states are eligible for a cash payment.

Proof of purchase needed?
You will need the claim ID as shown on the settlement package received via US Mail.
Class members who did not receive a settlement notice packet will need to provide the number and type of capacitors they purchased and proof of purchase, including receipts or invoices.
