I received a post-card notice Friday January 11, 2019 Re: Experian Data Breach Claim form Claim # EDB-1021-58843001-194694. I went to your listed claim site to file the required information; however, the web site would not allow me to file any information, therefore, I am sending this information and hope it will suffice!!
You have to tell it the number push the Mic and talk to it
I also try to claim min to and it won’t let me
I got your postcard today in my mailbox& the above info was already torn off. It could only have been torn off & then just put the Breach form postcard by a person who works for the Postoffice …Should I inform them of this ? Also I will be mailing in the form as your web site doesn’t let me give you the info needed.
I had no issues putting in my claim
I didn’t have any issues either!
Your site won’t let me enter a claim number
TRIED TO SUBMIT CLAIM; WILL NOT LET ME! RECEIVED POST CARD – TRIED TO CALL 844-730-2030 – CAN NOT TALK TO A PERSON. DO NOT REPEAT NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT…NO OTHER OPTION AVAILABLE! WHY IS THIS SO FREAKING HARD???? HOW CAN I GET THIS RESOLVED???? PLEASE ADVISE ASAP. CLAIM NUMBER EDB-102790896401-2520166.
I had a hard time putting in my claim number also but took Lyda’s suggestion. I pushed the Mic button on my keyboard and said my claim number loud n clear. I had to put the curser in between the numbers that weren’t registering and repeat the numbers without exiting the Mic screen. Hope this makes sense. Good luck!
I had no issue at all. Dnt type all numbers just the first 12 #
I received two claim form postcards at my correct home address, but the each had someone else’s name attached to it. I did not get a claim form with my name on it. I have lived at this address for the past 38 years…neither of the other two people have ever lived here. I was informed in 2015 of the experian data breech. Where is my claim form? but more importantly who are these 2 other people who are using my home address? How to I report this?
