A mind-blowing $700,000 settlement has been proposed in the class action lawsuit entitled Maurice Jewell Jr. v. HSN Inc.,

Please scuttle on over to www.jewelltcpasettlement.com to file a claim.

It should be noted that the Home Shopping Network denies any actions of wrongdoing but has agreed to settle in order to avoid any further court litigation.

Also, it should be noted that the $500 payment is an estimate and could go down if lots of people end up filing claims in the case… so the bottom line is don’t tell your friends about this lawsuit… even if they qualify!

Who should file a claim?

The following legal residents of the United States will want to file a claim anyone who received a bothersome phone call from the Home Shopping Network between the dates of April 1, 2015, through December 12, 2019… the phone call must have made use of an artificial or prerecorded voice recorder.

PLUS you must have told HSN to stop making these phone calls prior to receiving the call.

Objection or Exclusion

If you are not happy with the terms of the settlement or would like to exclude yourself from the case you have until 7/8/2020 to do so.

Excluding yourself from the case means you can someday in the future file a lawsuiot against HSN for the same issue… if you don’t exclude yourself you cannot file a lawsuit against them.
