Who is a Class Member

The Community Bank Relationship Manager Overtime Class Action Settlement includes “all individuals who are currently employed by, or formerly have been employed by, Community Bank as exempt Relationship Managers (including the job positions of Relationship Manager I, Relationship Manager II, Relationship Manager Team Lead, Real Estate Relationship Manager, and Real Estate Senior Relationship Manager) in the State of California, during the time period November 9, 2012 through May 2, 2018.”

Note: California law prohibits retaliation by an employer against any person who participates in or assists in the litigation of an overtime class action lawsuit such as this one. Your participation in this lawsuit will in no way affect your employment relationship with Chase or any other employer.

Plaintiff Saeed Hesami brought this putative wage and hour class action lawsuit against Community Bank alleging the bank violated California labor laws by misclassifying and failing to pay its Relationship Managers properly.

Specifically, Hesami alleges Community Bank failed to pay overtime and regularly violated California wage and hour laws by not providing applicable meal and rest periods, unreimbursed business expenses, as well as wage statement violations.
