Settlement Website
Citizens Bank is by far the worst bank. Consumer Affairs.com has over 100 complaints from consumer/customers, claiming that this bank creates “fake fees” to steal from their clients. I know that’s it’s true, because they have done it to me. Shameless business practices. I would never recommend this bank- ever.
all of a sudden they charged my account 561..03 saying the tracked me down with the account open since 2014 and the bad account from 2015
I to have had the Citizens bank charge erroneous fees they will fail to send account alerts you signed up for then pay the largest payment first so the can charge multiple overdraft fees.
